Pricing questions
One credit gets the transcript of one video, or reads 200 comments in the comment tools (rounded up). Videos without captions, private videos, failed fetches and comments that couldn't be read never use credits.
Without an account you get 5 single-video transcripts and 3 bulk-export videos a day, plus 3 comment-tool videos with their newest 1,000 comments. Signing in adds 20 bonus credits, valid for 30 days. On a plan, your monthly credits cover every video.
No. Plan credits are added at the start of each billing month and expire at its end. Yearly plans get the same credits every month, so you can't run out of a whole year at once.
Yes. Cancel from Billing in your settings; your plan and this month’s credits keep working until the end of the billing period.
Starter (300 credits) fits a few courses or playlists a month. Pro (1,000 credits) is for research, podcasts and whole channels, and costs less per video.
