Which output should you choose?
Every option gives you one line per video, in playlist order. Pick the one that matches where the list is going next.
| Output | Each line looks like | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Links | https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=… | Opening videos on a computer, AI tools like NotebookLM, and backups. |
| Links (youtu.be) | https://youtu.be/… | Chats, notes and social posts, where shorter links read better. |
| Links (YouTube Music) | https://music.youtube.com/watch?v=… | Songs you want to open straight in YouTube Music. |
| Titles | Video title | Track lists, reading lists and moving songs to another music service. |
| Title + link | Video title - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=… | Lists people will read and click, like a course outline in a doc. |
| Video IDs | dQw4w9WgXcQ | Scripts, spreadsheets and developer tools that only need the ID. |
